Cancellation

In case of cancellation after on Oct. 31, 2008, one night's deposit will be charged as an administrative fee and the rest returned after the Congress.
If the cancellations are received after Nov.5, 2008, no refund will be made.
All cancellations and changes must be made in writing.
If a delegate does not arrive at the hotel on the confirmed reservation date or leaves before the confirmed date, the hotel is entitled to charge full payment for the reserved nights.
